Southern Utah MLS: New Listings Hot Sheet

It’s been a busy week in the real estate trenches of Southern Utah. I've had clients to take around, escrows to close, home inspections to arrange, contingencies to remove; all while making sure I write plenty of blogs … one of my more favorite activities.

This Friday morning we see 32 new active listings for the Washington County Board of realtors multiple listing system. Offering inventory for every market sector, today’s WCBR real estate listings start at $1 million to and goes all the way down to $25,000 – though I wouldn't expect much at that price.  

It's late Sunday morning and I just got back from playing golf.  Inexpensive golf, which makes it even better. As summer begins to wind down, the statistics for the southern Utah real estate market are beginning to trickle in. While the numbers aren't stellar, there far from the bad old days of just a few years ago. Thanks  to the fact that I'm a member of the Washington County Board of realtors,  I have access all of the statistically relevant sales data that's transpired in Washington County, via a realtor since the beginning of the month.  I just wrote a blog about it on my primary website Utah MLS Real Estate, complete with telling graphs  and interesting data sets.
