It’s been
a busy week in the real estate trenches of Southern Utah. I've had clients
to take around, escrows to close, home inspections to arrange, contingencies to
remove; all while making sure I write plenty of blogs … one of my more favorite
activities.
This
Friday morning we see 32 new active listings for the Washington County Board of
realtors multiple listing system. Offering inventory for every market sector, today’s
WCBR real estate listings start at $1 million to and goes all the way down to
$25,000 – though I wouldn't expect much
at that price.
